With over twelve years of freelance writing, editing, and researching experience, Distasio has a keen interest in telling the stories of those places we call home – from small rural enclaves to some of the world’s most vibrant cities. Clients run the gamut from regional publications like localflavor, New At Home, and East Mountain Living (for which she also serves as editor), to award-winning story, history, and travel book publishers throughout the United States. For these clients she has written books as well as served as copy editor, researcher, and photo archivist.
